Privacy policy
Last updated: 10/7/2026
This website is designed to collect as little data as possible. This policy describes the website’s current technical operation and the processing actually in place; where a setting depends on a provider and is not independently verified, this is stated explicitly.
No tracking
The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools that identify visitors, advertising pixels or social widgets that track browsing. Fonts are self-hosted.
The only information stored in your browser is the theme preference
(light/dark), kept in localStorage: it is a technical preference, not a cookie,
is never sent to the server and is not used to identify or track you.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed only to receive your request and reply.
Delivery is handled through Resend, a transactional email provider. The data entered in the form is therefore transmitted to this service to deliver the message. The website does not store submissions in its own database and does not use them for marketing or profiling.
You can alternatively write directly to the email address listed on the Contact page.
Hosting
The site and the function that handles the contact form are served by Vercel. To deliver and protect the pages, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data (for example IP address and request metadata). The configuration and retention period of any platform logs are managed by the provider and are not independently verified in this policy.
Logs and abuse prevention
The form does not store messages in a site database. To limit repeated submissions, an anti-abuse check keeps the request’s IP address temporarily in memory, per server instance and only for the duration of the rate-limit window, without persisting it. If a technical delivery error occurs, the message content is not logged.
Email inbox
Messages sent through the form, or written directly, arrive in the owner’s email inbox, operated by its email provider. The specific operator is the one of the address shown on the Contact page.
Retention
Messages are retained in the email inbox only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related obligations.
Access
Form data is accessed by the data controller to reply to requests. The providers named above (hosting, email provider and inbox operator) process the data as processors or sub-processors, only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data by writing to the email address listed on the website.
Data controller
Chiara Berti — contact details are available on the Contact page.
This policy describes the website’s current technical operation and must be updated if providers, purposes or processing methods change. It is not, on its own, a statement of legal compliance: provider settings that are not independently verified are marked as such.
